Andy helped us buy our first house back in January 2018. As it was our first house, we had a lot of questions about the process and andy was able to address all of our concerns. Andy helped set us up with custom MLS searches to get real-time additions on the market as we were in a hot seller's market. Andy took us around to many homes and we also were free to visit open houses on our own that we found on redfin.
Andy has experience with doing some renovation work, so it was helpful to pick his brain about different renovations we could do if we purchased our house. Ultimately we got the house of our dreams and we're appreciative for Andy helping us through the process.

Andy helped us buy our home a few months after the start of the pandemic, in July 2020, but we had actually been working with him for at least a year before that. I want to emphasize that the timeline was due to us and not to him. Andy worked with our time schedule and did not pressure us at all, we were casually looking and he understood and reflected that by customizing our MLS searches. And when we were finally ready to really search hard and find our home, he was extremely responsive and we found our dream home/location and closed within months!
He also provided us with excellent advice on what parts about a house could be renovated/changed in the future and what would be difficult to change. My husband in particular really wanted a house where the layout "Made sense" to him, and I really wanted a house close to our parents, and he made that happen.
As first-time home (house?) buyers we also had a ton of questions about the process, and Andy always replied in a very timely fashion and answered all our questions thoroughly. He also helped us negotiate a very reasonable price for our home.
It's been about a year now and sitting in the house now writing this review, I still almost can't believe that we own this house. I would definitely go with Andy again if I ever want to buy another house/move to another home in the future.

We recently sold our previous home and purchased our current home with Andy and wouldn't hesitate to work with Andy again with our future moves. Andy is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire selling/purchasing process, which can be stressful and difficult to navigate without someone who is dedicated and patient. We're also very appreciative of how flexible and readily available Andy was and still is for whatever questions or needs we have. We highly recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a true partner in In selling or purchasing a home.

If you are looking to sell or buy a residence in Southern California, Andy is your guy! His communication, customer service, industry knowledge, and people skills are top-notch.
I don't typically leave reviews, and am a very tough person to impress, but Andy is a fantastic real estate agent and great all-around guy too. After our initial conversation we did an inspection of the property, discussed minor repairs that needed to be done, and decided on a strategy to get top dollar for my condo. To help make things super easy, he had a plumber contact that quickly helped us fix a few things to get up to proper code.
After not initially getting the response we were hoping for in the first few weeks, we then discussed and decided on a different strategy that ending up getting me $25,000 more than our original asking price! The whole time Andy kept me updated with everything that was going on, and did a great job answering all the questions I had.
And that's not even the best part! I've been in sales my whole life and customer service is something I take extremely seriously. Since I am a single guy and all my friends had jobs and families to take care of, I was struggling to find someone to help me move the large items I had. So guess what? ? ANDY OFFERED TO HELP ME PICK THE LOADING TRUCK (GAVE ME A RIDE) AND THEN TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS BUSY SCHEDULE TO HELP ME MOVE AND LOAD MY LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS INTO THE MOVING TRUCK!!!
That level of customer service is SUPER hard to find nowadays, and was very appreciated.

I have been working with Andy since 2011 when he helped me purchase my condo in West Los Angeles where he was helpful in explaining aspects of the buying process. Since then, I have worked with Andy to purchase multiple properties, lease existing investment properties and learn best practices to remodel older homes.
